Parkour & Freerunning Classes for Kids
Kids just want to have fun, and our custom tailored classes provide children with not only a positive outlook on exercise, but the means to learn parkour safely. Lil Ninja classes start at age 4, where kids are introduced to the basic movements of parkour along with all the skills required to train safely and effectively. Our goal is to teach kids not only how to use their bodies to the fullest, but to also know how to take care of them for a long life of parkour. Kids will progress through our training levels, earning different color bracelets as they proceed, starting with “white” and eventually graduating at the final level of “black”.

Parkour Classes for Adults
Every student works at their own pace with guidance from their coaches. Starting with strength development, students build the muscles needed to maintain control over any obstacle. Along with improving general coordination and mobility, the main goal for any beginner is to build confidence moving over obstacles. Intermediate students build upon the skills learned in the beginner level classes, expanding a student’s jumping climbing and running abilities to the elevated structures. Students also begin learning air awareness, the ability to feel rotation and position while in mid air, an important skill needed to do various tricks and flips.
Advanced students have a full understanding of what their limits are, and know when they should, and should not be tested. Drawing from a wealth of previous knowledge, students of this level are ready to move through any obstacle and begin developing higher level movement and complex flow patterns.
