I love movement, so I decided to try to teach myself parkour back in January 2010, and have been training parkour ever since. I found the AZ parkour community a couple years later in the summer of 2012, and after training together the last few years, I don't think I could ever walk away from parkour.

"Don't go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail" I have been training for roughly 3 years and I really enjoy getting into the technical side of movement. I largely enjoy teaching and seeing others grow as athletes and people. Sustainability is very important to me and I am currently majoring in that field to help make a positive change in the world to use what we have more efficiently instead of seeking to take more. I'm notorious around the gym for intensive conditioning, however I have found that it builds character and helps to create a better athlete wherever that journey may take someone.
