    I am not exactly the fittest person exactly but I do want to get started with parkour. What are some ways to get started and get ready to be able to handle the maneuvers that come with parkour?

    really the best way to handle the big maneuvers is to start by doing the more basic ones. Parkour is all about progression so really just train what you are comfortable with and slowly push that comfort level over time to grow in the sport. Another way to really progress is to focus on the small bits and pieces of movement to make sure they are as accurate and controlled as possible.
