Every student works at their own pace with guidance from their coaches. Starting with strength development, students build the muscles needed to maintain control over any obstacle. Along with improving general coordination and mobility, the main goal for any beginner is to build confidence moving over obstacles.
Tumbling students will work on foundational skills while learning progressions for more advanced tumbling skills. All instruction is age and skill level specific.
Classes will include a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, mitt work, and footwork. A variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises will be introduced. Classes are designed to teach professional boxing and self-defense skills. As you increase your boxing capabilities, you can move on to more advanced skilled boxing training.
