CLASSES

NINJA WARRIOR JR

AGES 7 - 17

Fun fitness class that incorporates two types of training. The first type is training on flexibility, agility, obstacles and balance. The second type you will be training on grip strength, upper body strength and high obstacle training.

PARKOUR

AGES 7 - 17 

Progress through our band system as you start with basic movements in Level 1 and go all the way to Pro Team competing in Level 5. Students will learn to view fitness and exercise in a whole new way as they build mental and physical strength, coordination and agility

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING

AGES 7 - 17

Trampoline & Tumbling students will work on developing terminology and foundational skills while learning the importance of trampoline & tumbling safety. All instruction is age and skill level specific.

LIL NINJAS / LIL POPPERS

AGES 4-6

Kids just want to have fun, and our custom-tailored classes provide children with not only a positive outlook on exercise but the means to learn parkour and trampoline safely.

ADULT CLASSES

18+

Every student works at their own pace with guidance from their coaches. Starting with strength development, students build the muscles needed to maintain control over any obstacle.

BOXING

AGES 8 - ADULT

Classes will include a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, mitt work, and footwork. A variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises will be introduced. Classes are designed to teach professional boxing and self-defense skills. As you increase your boxing capabilities, you can move on to more advanced skilled boxing training.
