Looking for a fun, active way to burn energy and explore our gym? Open Gym is the perfect time for kids, teens, and adults to enjoy our world-class facility without the structure of a class. During designated hours, the public is welcome to use our equipment—including trampolines, ninja warrior obstacles, tumbling tracks, boxing stations, and parkour zones—in a safe, supervised environment.
Ages 4 to adult can join the fun for a flat fee. Children 3 and under are free and must have an adult attending.
Whether you’re practicing flips, throwing punches, improving your agility, or just want to bounce and climb, Open Gym gives you the freedom to train your way.
