Ninja Warrior Jr is a fun fitness class that incorporates two types of training.

The first type is training for agility, coordination, body awareness, and balance. The second type of training is for grip strength, upper body strength, explosive power, and high obstacle technique.


Safe progressions are an essential step in ninja training. Just like learning to crawl then walk then run, Ninja Warrior Jr is structured to safely level up any student. 

The competitive sport of ninja is growing every day. Ninja Warrior Jr provides the tools and techniques for students to enter competitions and reach their full potential.  Looking for a path to compete? A SPF Ninja Warrior Team is coming!
