New Ninja Warrior Jr. Classes!

Friday's at 3:45 and 4:45 have been added to Ninja Warrior!

Ninja Warrior Jr is a fun fitness class that incorporates two types of training. The first type is training on flexibility, agility, obstacles, and balance. The second type you will be training on grip strength, upper body strength and high obstacle training. This class will provide the tools and techniques for the student to enter competitions to reach their full potential.

American Ninja Warrior Jr. is now casting for season 3! Now is the perfect time to brush up your skills in a class or record your audition video during one of our jam times!
